Story:

​Sangit Bomjan, a 5-year-old boy from Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, is the youngest child of Buwan and Rita Bomjan. The Bomjan family, originally from Bakaiya-04, Makwanpur, has been working in the carpet industry for over a decade. 

Despite their hard work, Sangit's parents struggled to afford school fees for their two children due to the inconsistent nature of carpet orders. The financial burden often forced the children to miss exams. 

During a regular inspection by GoodWeave inspectors, the Bomjans learned about GoodWeave's Sponsor Education Program (SEP) and applied for the support. With GoodWeave's SEP support, Sangit avoided dropping out of school and now attends regularly. His parents are grateful, saying, "GoodWeave's support has allowed us to manage our children's education. We are deeply thankful for this opportunity."
